Pink Saturday, Wish to have a pinkish mood...

The other day, I seemed to have a temporary amnesia or an early stage of ......
When I went grocery shopping, I came home one thing without bringing it back home which I had already paid  and the other thing inevitable for me without buying it, whew(^^;)

*Flower for family altar
I hate to see without flowers for our family altar. My husband's father died a couple years later after he came back from world warⅡ when he was five years old. And his mother also died in the middle of her 50's after she brought up two boys by herself.  The flower shop is outside of the big one-building shopping mall. I always go there first and take the flower after I finished shopping.  Hehe, I called hubby who was waiting for me finish shopping at home, and then forgot stopping by...

*Milk for me
When I was a third grader of elementary school, skimmed milk for the school lunch changed into bottled milk. I remember it gave me quite an impression with the better taste and I came to like it, p;) We never knew how richly we were benefited from them.  Anyway, I have a glass of milk for every meals. My late mother used to say that why my craving for milk wouldn't help me increase my height when I was little. In Japan, there will be few who have milk with meals except breakfast. So people who eat at my house tell me "you are cute" when they see me having it with dishes.

My husband had to make two round trips. Although he seemed surprised and looked worried about me, I appreciated my sweet understanding husband not getting cranky at me. I hope my writing the blog will work as an advantage for my brain.
I think I will keep my chin up and have a pinkish mood.
Have a marvelous pinkish weekend everyone♡♡♡

Pink Saturday & Pink Coat

*Valentine Pink Saturday*

I wish everyone filled with  LOVE surrounded by your loved ones!!!
When I found these pictures, I thought the little birdie and bear with a cute rabbit wearing pink dresses seemed sending us rosy sweet Valentine Greetings. I also would like to tell you my thanks for my friends' sweetness for me.
Wishing you all coming Valentine will be the happy one ♡♡♡

These are my 2 pink coat with kind of same design, p;)
Although I had had the first one, I wished to have the other one when it stared at me from the show window. This might prove how much I love pink. Well, I don't think we can afford this kind of wasteful expenditure any more, so I will wear them to my heart content ignoring my hubby saying he hates I am being eye-grabbing, haha.

Soba-Master's visit and Pink Saturday

This Thursday, Soba-master of my husband dropped by. I bought these Lilly and decorated inside of the front door. I loved the welcoming sweet fragrance it had.

I used this hempen pink purse when I wear my white summer dress. I found it hard to arrange it with other colors, haha.

Hubby's soba-master visited us
We could see him and his wife after half a year's blank. We had a kind of happy reunion lunch. My hubby always buys buckwheat from him and normally he sends us with delivery service. It is repackaged it into smaller sizes for one time use.  For food, sashimi was fresh and Chinese-style barbecued pork were tasty. And very importantly, master admired hubby with his improvement and said he may try 100% soba noodle. (usually, 80% buckwheat : 20% wheat flour)

I missed the timing of a good shot, sorry meals are not well placed bothered with plates and things
banana was to put into potato salad

Pink Bohemian glasses and Hubby's hand-made Tray

Happy Pink Saturday♡♡♡
Hosted by, Beverly and please join   How Sweet The Sound (linked)

Enchanting glass-work (pink glasses)
When I was in my mid-30's (haha, long long time ago), I have been to Czech with my friend on a package tour.  We've been taken to a Bohemian Glass store.  Wow, I was enchanted by the beauty of the glass-work. While browsing, I wished the prices of the ones I wanted to buy were more affordable.  Well, these lovely pink glasses were irresistible and what was more, rather reasonable price. And then I started to worry, "what if they got broken".  However, the clerk vouched me for the tight and safe warping, lucky he was right.
It may be hard to recognize, but my husband pointed out that they are all hand-printed. Too precious for me to use them, with all the wonderful memories I had.

Hand-made Cider Tray
After finished making Soba plates, my retired husband got down to making trays.
"Golden Ratio" with different sizes again. (chuckle)
Well, glasses are proudly sitting on it☆☆☆

Pink Clothes and my age☆

For the Pink Saturday, I will post four of my summer clothes today.  Do you think they are too girlish for a woman in her mid-fifties? Sometimes, I feel I might as well choose clothes appropriately for my age. However chic, senior-looking fashion won't seem to suits me, haha.  Like most of fellow women, I love browsing clothing stores and time flies so fast there.
Well, I got TOO MANY clothes piled up in my bed room, which I can't dare to throw away. For the other items I don't hold this kind of feeling and good at tidy things up. Of course many of them got out of fashion now. I should spare some time to sort them out and get up courage to make more space for our bed room. It seems tunic-style is in fashion in Japan right now.

Sorry, I really am a poor photographer, they got bluish outcome

My First Pink Saturday

 Pink Satureday

I love pink color and has been wishing to post for "pink Saturday". However, I am a really poor photographer. I truly admire other skillful, wonderful participants.  Anyways, I decided to join for this occasion. I'm a Japanese and had started blogging this Feb.  I know my post is no comparison to other's but "Participation is what counts", haha.
