Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) & Nemophila; etc.

Went to see flowers to the place called "Sea of Flowers"

It is the season of the "Poppy" & "Nemophila";    I enjoyed the late spring flower there. Great time seeing these orange & blue-colored seasonal flower spreading widely.  I wonder if you can enjoy these flowers in your country.

Here is the *Poppy's side*

And the "Nemophila's side "

  3. Miyako - flowers always look so spectacular when they are grouped together, and your photos are terrific examples. We see many varieties of poppies in the US, but I am not familiar with the Nemophila. Visiting you from Mosaic Monday this week.

  4. I'm absolutely delighted with your photos... especially the poppy in yellow AND imagine it's blooming in my garden right now, I have a few of them. It's a joy for me to see this huge flower bed of just this poppy.
In August we also have the red poppy.
I've never seen them blue before.
    A hug for you.
