    By my mistake, this kind comment from Ms. Carole M. went to my different page. I'm pasting her thoughtful comment from e-mail. Thank you SO much Ms.Carole;

    wow; this would be so enchanting to see Miyako!! I used to belong to Oriental Stamp Art group some years back, cardmaking so I spent lots of time creating Oriental designed cards and many featured plum or cherry blossoms like these. I'm sharing another from Cowra Japanese Gardens for you because I know you will enjoy it; it is one of my older posts http://dragonfly47.blogspot.com.au/2011/11/japanese-gardens-cowra-nsw.html
    Thanks again for your very enthusiastic comments!

  7. Dearest Miyako,
    That 2nd picture with the gorgeous fence and cherry blossoms is my favorite!
    Funny to see such a gazebo without any sides to it; only a roof on some poles...
    Hugs,

  17. You know I was actually planning a trip to Japan to view the sakura a last year with a friend. But that trip got cancelled when I found out I was pregnant. I couldn't bear the thought of being in Japan and not being able to eat sushi and sashimi. I truly hope that one day I will be able to see this spectacular sight in person!
