Camellia Festival (part 2) ;

*Calligraphy and Japanese ceremonial tea*
Master of the calligraphy school demonstrated writing the calligraphy on the large paper.  First time for me to see with my own eyes.

He wrote the title of a school song.  This song is expressing the still having the coldness of early spring. These 2 ladies are singer sisters.

Served tea and this lovely dogie was watching me enjoying it;
(hope this picture fits Saturday'sCritters link)

*Some of the things we could buy from the handcraft group*

*Works made of Bamboo Coal*
"Frog" in Japanese "kaeru", which has the same pronunciation as another Japanese word (homonym) "kaeru" meaning "come back",  So it is often used to wish someone's safe return.
This couple owns the shop of these lovely works,
Thank you very much for stopping by;
I'm lining this post to Saturday's Critters , Mosaic Monday and Our world Tuesday;

    Thank you SO much for your comment. Especially, I also like her songs. And her Scat in her song "夜明けのスキャット" was a fresh surprise for me when young. Thank you very much for sharing your young days as well.

  14. The tea ceremony is always so intriguing to watch the way it is served!!! And I LOVE tea. Not the kind you find in USA in the tea bags, but the REAL stuff, made from tea leaves!!

    Oh I would love going through the craft displays. Always fun to get some ideas and perhaps buy something.

    I would have bought things from the handcraft stall - such intricate work.
