Love, Listening popular songs with You-tube

I've been using You-tube to listen to popular songs, by making "play list".  Songs in the list automatically go on next one, which is really convenient while moving around for house chores. When I first knew about You-tube, this idea to use for enjoying music came on to me!!!   Wow, how wonderful that I can put only my favorite songs in the list; what is more, it's free (haha).   I love singing songs as well and wish to have more time to go Karaoke or extra money for it (*^_^*)
I'll put three songs here. The last one is called 演歌(enka), which is  kind of a special genre (Japanese popular ballade). Two ladies are sisters and both of them are singers. The song is not theirs.
Well, I can understand that songs which are unfamiliar ones may not fun to listen to, just in case you are interested in. I was listening this morning while cleaning the house to get ready for another obon guests this weekend.
Have a songful relaxing weekend my friends♫♫♫

I'm still deeply in love with you

  1. Dearest Orchid,

You are quite busy receiving several Obon guests. But it is a very special time for your people.
Talking about Japanese on YouTube. Have a look at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=L7N6slVrQeY&vq=medium
If you are old enough, you will smile; if you are young, you will love it.
This is music! ! ! Amazing how young they are.

Whether or not you like swing music, turn up your speakers and take a trip back in time.

These Japanese kids would make Benny Goodman proud!

Enjoy it and have a wonderful day!

    Love to you,

    Mariette

  6. Hi Orchid...You Tube is great for music! I use it all the time to find new artists and listen to new tunes.

Thanks for sharing some clips of the Japanese music. I like the last one the best. She had a nice voice and her Kimono was gorgeous with cherry blossom print.

Do you have any Japanese opera singers there?

Hope you have a wonderful and relaxing weekend. Hugs xxxxxx :)

  9. Years ago a song was made and sung by Mac Davis called I Believe in Music. The first line is "Music is the universal language and love is the key, people who believe in music are the happiest people I've ever seen." That pretty much says it all. Have a wonderful weekend.

  16. Dear Orchid, you just made my life more fun! I didn't know you could make a play list on You Tube. I was frustrated with that site because I was constantly going back to the computer to play a new song. Thank you also for sharing the Japanese Music with us. I want to teach Elliot the Japanese song about the sounds that frogs make. Kero Kero Kero, Guap Guap Guap! I hope they have that on You Tube!
