The Way How Soba (Buckwheat Noodle) Made

Today I want to show how my husband makes soba (Buckwheat Noodle); just in case my friends in foreign countries don't know; this is only hobby of his not aiming for having a restaurant or something. I promised one of my old friends who lives in Kyushou to bring her tomorrow. I got my husband's agreement of uploading these  pictures hesitantly. He seemed a bit offended by the sound of the shutter I made. Well, he claims it is a delicate job.

He makes enough Soba for 6 person in 1 setting. first one 5 more to go

No preservative is inside, so the noodle should be taken within a couple of days. Haha, this hobby of his makes me kind of busy, as he keeps inviting his friends from time to time.
