Christmas illumination again :-)

Happy new year to you all, especially friends kindly visiting from "Good Fences".  This post is from last Dec. but there are many gates for Theresa's meme :-)

On 26th night, my friend kindly took me to see the Christmas illumination of the  private house where just less than 10 minutes away from my house.  She said she read the article of its gorgeous illumination in the paper. This post is really an unexpected one, and hoping you just can enjoy the pictures.  Should have known before p;-)

*View from away and the right side of the house*
Beautiful view we had from the street; And entered into the right side of the house.
Picture below is right end of picture above. I put the wider view as well.
*We entered into the garden*
Decorated beautifully and this years theme is the "Frozen"
The music from the movie was on from the house. A girl showed me her dog♪
This tiny corner really impressed me and children were looking into it.
Sorry that a little belated...

Illuminations♪

On our way back from my cousin's orange farm (link to the post), we stopped by to see my husband's brother and shared his family some oranges. We passed the famous wooden bridge (picture of my header). After that we had dinner at the restaurant where offer us grilled chicken. As you can see, it got beautiful illuminations for Christmas. I've never seen castle shaped restaurant. Although illumination with the mixture of western and Japanese culture made me feel a bit funny, I enjoyed them very much.

Not a Castle but a Restaurant  :-)
Very funny that Santa with carp streamers for children's day (in May) in Japan p;)
Entrance to the eating place & what we had.

Linking this post to "Our world Tuesday" later next week.

PS> I decided to keep the previous post as I had some of sweet comments and G+.
I won't be posting until my father's memorial service is over. But I'll try visiting you.

Christmas Illuminations in my city♪

Good Morning friends from Japan;
I have never enjoyed our city's Christmas illuminations before. And didn't expected to go this year, either.  Luckily, my husband encouraged me to take pictures for my blog post. (I don't have driver's license so he has to take me)  Wow, he made me surprised with the offer p;)  My first attempt taking pictures at night...  I know my pictures didn't do justice to the beauty of illuminations. (I need help from my talented photographer friends; struggled with the modes, haha)
(So sorry for many pictures today;)

*In front of ANA-hotel*
Sculptures were dressed with Santa♬♬♬

*Inside of the city mall*

*At our city park*
Pictures are worse than taken in the city...  I visited here (the park) first and fiddled with the mode of camera before going to the city. Might have worked a bit. That is why I put them above.

Ties between parents and children

"swans which became stars in the sky"  Early spring last year, about 400 of our swans we had in the lake by the park were killed due to the bird  influenza; made all of citizens so sad.

It took me so long arranging the pictures last night, haha.  And I know I need to catch up with you a lot (^^;)  My father is doing so-so well.  It makes me sad that considering his condition, we won't be able to take him to my house to eat year-crossing Soba noodle this year. Today, another busy day visiting aunt and and father and so on.  Hope you all doing well at this time of the year♪
