Paddy Field from Year 2022;

*Paddy Field before & after the Harvesting*

These pictures below were taken on 23rd last month, so sorry for my late posting. "Rice Reaping Season" came in Japan. This year a little big typhoon hit a couple days before on that day, so you can see some rice plants fell.

Close to my house, wide area of rice-field changing into residential area.
*Red spider lily* was blooming beautifully.
Thank you very much for stopping by,

  1. Dearest Miyako,
    Well, the powers of Mother Nature can be strong and at times cruel... A lot of the rice was quite flattened—hoping it did not affect the machines for still reaping it.
    Love the ibis and the red spider lilies. They have bloomed here as well.
    Still need for expanding residential areas in Japan? Thought the population was aging... One never knows.
    Hugs,
    Mariette
