Last Cherry Blossoms post this year & Birds from air port;

*Cherry Blossoms from Next City's park*
We thought we didn't want to miss the almost last beauty of the blossoms this year.
On 10th my husband took me to the next city's "Sue-Park".  It was close to the evening, I am sorry that the pictures were taken with a bit darker color.

Cherry tree of this kind is called "a double‐flowered cherry tree".  Blooms a little late; Taken on 16th at the Iwahana-park close to our house. Not fully bloomed yet on that day ;-)

*Had Lunch at the city Air Port for a change*
"Declaration of a state of emergency" has been issued on April 16th. We have to stay home as much as possible.  But we visited city air-port and had lunch inside the car at the parking lot for a change. My retired husband looks so discouraged not being able to see with his other band members at the once a week practice togather.

   Thank you very much for stopping by ;
     I always appreciate your sweet comments;
I DO WISH this worldwide "affliction or chaos" will be settled soon!!!

  1. Oh Miyako san, these cherry blossoms are so gorgeous and beautiful! Such spectacular views in the park. Double-flowered blossoms are very pretty in pink. Interesting their leaves are orange :-) And the birdies are beautiful, too!
    I’m sorry your husband can’t get together with his band members. I hope this crisis will be over and we can resume our normal life again in the future. Take very good care of yourselves and stay healthy. Have a great week, Miyako san xo

  4. Miyako - you are blessed to be able to enjoy the beauty of these flowering trees. I understand your husband's frustration. We have been at home for more than a month, with only trips to the grocery store. I hope he has plenty of supplies to make more dragonflies! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!

  5. Your photos are great to see, as usual! It's autumn here in New Zealand so the flowers are sleeping. Love the birds, too.

    I'm so happy that you joined us over at at 'My Corner of the World' this week!

  7. Am surprised the lock down is coming down so late for Japan. We have been on lock down since mid-March till the end of this month. Here is something your husband may try, I have this from a blogger, the musicians are keeping in contact with each other and making music via Skype or zoom or Facebook (in other words via the internet, I don't only know which kind of gadget it is). Hope they can find the solution together! Love the blooming trees, and this was the right time, because there is much more contrast! Many thanks for keeping in contact with All Seasons, and wishing you a healthy and happy week! jesh

    1. Hi again, Miyako San! Here's the link to share about musicians getting together from all over the world to make music - https://ofmiceandramen.blogspot.com/2020/04/through-music-we-are-connected.html
      I don't know how it is done - I am guessing it's via Zoom. I hope this helps.

  11. Cherry blossoms are adorable dear Miyako. In Finland we still have to wait. This isolating is tough and depressing. The end is not in sight... Wishing you a pleasant weekend.

  12. The Cherry Blossoms are so beautiful. When I lived in the Washington D.C. area, I enjoyed them each spring. Staying at home is a bit hard. I miss seeing my friends and coworkers. I know how your husband feels. Thank you for linking up and stay well.
