Sweet Illumination inside the Bamboo etc;

*竹灯籠(take-doro; Bamboo Lantern)  *
In the middle of Nov., there was a project to decorate illuminated bamboo in front of the railroad station in my city. Direct translation of 'take-doro' in English is 'bamboo lantern'.  The lantern brings up the images which made of paper and stone.  Ones with bamboo had a touch of fantasy for me. I hope these pictures will give you the great feeling of Autumn for "SEASONS"
These are making lantern from pc page. They are using machine (for Friday's Hunt).

*Tea Ceremony Set and Arranged Flowers*
These are the gifted pictures from lady key board player of my husband's band group.
It will be really great to taste ceremonial green tea at her house someday.

*Surprised with the tame Pigeon*
The other day while I was waiting for my husband in our car, I got so excited to see a middle aged man was walking with his dog and a PIGEON on his shoulder♫♫♫
He was so kind a man that showed me how his baby pigeon come back to his shoulder(^.^)  Let me show you with a short video♪

My husband got a cold and had lost his voice for a while. As I have a bad hearing ability, our communication got funny p;-)  It seems that he kindly gave me his cold; starting to have sore throat, but no fever.  I'll try See You Soon later.

  7. Dearest Miyako,
    Wow, bamboo can be used for so many purposes. This is just wonderful after having pierced the poles for creating beautiful patterns to let the light shine through.
    Now I know bamboo shoots for eating, bamboo mats that are woven from bamboo fiber and bamboo floors. This was new but very elegant.
    Sending you hugs,
    Mariette

  9. Hello Miyako!:) What a brilliant idea someone had to illuminate the bamboo, and decorate it with a pretty design. The flower arrangements are beautiful, and the man and his tame pigeon is something you don't see every day. I'm glad you were able to show us your short video clip to enjoy. I'm so sorry your lovely husband has caught a cold, and now you have also got one. Get well soon!:)

  10. Smiling, yes, with couples you give each other colds too:):) Hope you'll soon get over the cold:) Wow, never seen a dove flying straight to someone's shoulder! The bamboo lights are beautiful. Am surprised the heat of the light does not catch the bamboo on fire.
    Many thanks for sharing your beautiful post with ALL SEASONS, and wishing you a lovely week!

    By the way, am very intrigued by the Japanese tea ceremony. So much so, that a few years ago I bought a small Japanese cast iron tea set with 4 (Japanese) cups.
