Pigeons and Sea-gulls;

  Bear me with the several pictures from my popular city park :-)
I visited there around the end of last month.  Loved to see the lady who seems to be the regular visitor and heartwarming that father and daughter feeding pigeons together.

The lady had bagful of bread. funny to see craning its neck;
The hand in the lower right is my left hand, taking pics with right hand;
Seeing no food in my hand, he flew away immediately p:-)

Bit wider view;  same lady still has pigeons on her hands;

  "Hey, are you coming soon?  If so, make sure with goodies"

Thank you very much for stopping by; I always appreciate your sweet visits;
I'll start visiting you tomorrow (15th, Japan time). Busy day with guests :-)

PS.  I know not many of you can make use of this.
I had the same issue I had in 2013 (please scroll down).  Header's transparent part got all black (used to be ok).  Resolved just by lowering the brightness level only from 0 to -0.1 with picmonkey.  I tried all I can think oftook me LONG.  Seems like blogger keep nagging me (^^;)

  3. Hello Miyako!:) Wonderful images of so many seagulls and pigeons.
    If you feed them, they will come. I started feeding the birds on my balcony, and now I have mice.:( Have captured four, and relocated them in a field far away from the house.:=)
    Have a good weekend.
    Take care.

  6. Dearest Miyako,
    Lovely photos and too bad that your outstretched hand did not yield any 'sitting'... They know what they want!
    Enjoy your weekend, hope it is milder now.

    Sorry you had issue with header but glad it's resolved. Just adjust brightness a bit..sounds simple now but it's a headache until figuring it out. I hope blogger will be nicer to you :-)

  10. City parks are one of my favorite things! Most of us in the world live in cities and it's hard to get out in the countryside... These parks bring nature to us. And your pictures show how sweet and important that is.

  20. There are many pigeons in the parks like this in Toronto but they don't venture as far north as where I live. There are however, a few farmers around that raise racing pigeons and occasionally one breaks from the flock and can be found in a backyard. They're relaxing to watch, aren't they?
    There is always a Blogger glitch of some sort and when it affects me, I hope for the best that the problem disappears on its own.
    Thank you for linking to Mosaic Monday Miyako.
