Guests form last Saturday♬♬♬

Last Saturday, we had three soba guests who used to be my husband's ex-colleagues. Actually the two ladies started practicing the guitar and the man seemed rather good at playing and teaching them some chords.  Although as you may know my husband plays the saxophone now, he hasn't played the guitar so long (it was sleeping deep inside the closet; I hope you'll understand what I meant, it's a Japanese idiom p;)
I've already posted many pictures of my guests having soba lunch, so today I wished to show a simple collage of them trying to learn how to play the guitar .

Title "please sleep in my arms"

I remember my husband played this song with the guitar for me and sang together before and right after we got married.  But he had been too busy for his own hobby. Although he had to wake up early to make soba enough for the lunch and the souvenir doing three rounds, I felt so happy for him  having sweet time with them.
I love singing songs and I felt really happy when I first found You-tube; seemed like the same feeling when I found the bilingual system on TV.  I don't have to buy CDs and singing along with the play-list really helps me reduce stress p;)  I hope you DO have something similar for yourselves.
We'll have heavy 花散らしの雨 (rain washing off cherry blossoms) and May Storm almost all over Japan.  Mixed Feeling of farewell to the flower and welcome spring.
Thank you very much for stopping by and hope you will have a wonderful weekend

Pozdrawiam serdecznie.
Your husband had the opportunity to recall the game and learn troszczeczkę friends. I am, because you have a new post and I could go to your blog. By your icon, I can not, because there is available a link to your blog. . Yours sincerely.

What a lovely gathering, my dear friend, and how awesome that there were several guitars there!

Your hubby must be so talented to play different instruments. I'm glad you like to sing- it does relieve stress and adds beauty to the day.

I hope you stay dry and warm!

What a lovely party. Your guests were fortunate! A wonderful meal and music and learning and of course a lovely home and great company.

I understood exactly what you meant by your idiom. I would say something like "that memory was buried deeply" or "it has been put away for a long time" ..but it would mean the same.

Dear Miyako,

How lovely to come and visit you and catch up with what you are doing.
Must have been fun with all the music in your house, and to be able to sing along. Always a wonderful thing.
My husband plays the guitar and I used to play the piano.
The cherry blossom and the gardens and ducks are so beautiful and what a lovely time you must be having there.

Have a wonderful weekend

It seems that your hubby has many interests and things he is good at. I would love to be a guest in your home as you and your hubby seem to be wonderful hosts making your company feel welcome.
After the rains and strong winds here this morning the cherry blossoms we have been enjoying this past week are all washed away and I too have mixed feelings. Enjoy your weekend my dear little sis. Much love from your bs

I always admire how you have such lovely dinner parties that include singing and music. It is such a wonderful way to soothe our lives.

The story of the beautiful song, "please sleep in my arms", just melted my heart. How utterly sweet.

I know you will miss those gorgeous Cherry Blossoms. It is so wonderful that we can count on them springing back to life each year. Be well, my sweet friend. Mina
