Joined the singing group ♪

We've been to a gallery cafe today; that is how the owner call the place; and joind the singing group there. This was hubby's third time invited there to play the saxophone. We were happy that every time people praise his play and he seemed a bit flattered, haha. It is quite nice that we can sing songs we reqested from the file with piano accompaniment which is a bit different from singing at Karaoke.
The place is located along side of the sea. As you can see, some of the painter called Shingo Ozaki's works are displayed and sold with some other items.
I love singing Japanese popular song with my generation and also Carpenters. Well, I may be called with the phrase "下手の横好き”  in Japanese; which means even though loves it and crazy about it, you are no good at it p;) Dictionary says the word "dabster", but not know if it is proper here...   Anyone care to sing "yesterday once more" with me, I welcome you to Japan♪♪

Here is the painter's page link, but I could find only Japanese page,

I was glad to see him playing rather relaxed,

  1. Miyako, your husband looks very professional! You should do an audio for us one time :-) I like the word "dabster", someone who "dabbles" in a variety of things. Have a great week, my sweet sweet friend ((hugs)) xo

  4. Hi dear friend Miyako. Well, this sounds like such a wonderful outing, and I'm sure that you have a very pure and sweet singing voice, and that you're not dabbling at all!!! Your hubby always looks very professional when he's playing. To be by the sea as well - what a bonus. I'm glad you had such an enjoyable time, and I really do hope that you are feeling much better now. Sending hugs your way x

Your hubby does indeed look very comfortable playing his saxophone in public. I would love to hear him play and hear you singing along while he plays.
I know the word dabster. That is what I am. It means someone who dabbles at many things.
Have fun singing in the group and think about doing an audio so we can hear the two of you.
    Love always my dear bs.
