Fresh Sashimi and Boiled shrimp

(posted; Japanese meal page)

After we had been to the Tax Office, hubby decided to stop by the harbor and buy fresh fish for the dinner out of the blue. At the harbor, fisher men directly sell their fish. there is always more than 10 of them and their fishing boats.
I should have taken a picture of them...  We found flathead コチand shrimp 海老. Flathead was alralredy filleted and I sliced it. I like the particular fish because it hasn't got much fat. Boiled shrimp were appropriately salted.  Also, I made miso soup 味噌汁 with the bone parts of the flathead.  Since we had Tempra last night, he might have wished the less fatty dinner. I thought we now have to take it under consideration about our age.
Well, we could enjoy fresh fish dinner tonight.

  1. It's lucky that you can get any fresh fish and other sea products from the shops. Have a nice Sunday!
