*Went to see Steam Locomotion*
5 years after my first luck of taking Good SL Pictures link, I came to think that I might be able to have two kinds of good pictures of both SL and Chomonkyo Gorge with full of Autumn atmosphere from Roadside Station (道の駅;michino-eki). Yesterday after more than an hour drive to there, I was waiting SL to come with full of expectation. But I couldn't have much luck; not being able to get close and wished coming from the other side p;-)
Anyways, please let me post pictures and videos V(^^;)V
Video from U-tube;
and long More than 20 minutes video;
Pictures from Roadside station;
It was fun to be able to meet elderly bikers ♡♡♡
*Autumn Leaves from Chomonkyo Gorge (長門峡)*
This gorge was created by the flowing waters of the Abu River. Crystal clear water flows through the craggy boulders and crimson autumn leaves envelope the towering cliff face.
Entrance and the pictures I took inside the gorge.
Thank you so much for stopping by and your sweet comments.
Hope that you all are coping with the virus thing and having healthy days ♪

Dearest Miyako,
ReplyDeleteDid you both ride such a steam locomotive?
Love the short video and yes, that noise is so special.
We rode one in October, as a matter of fact, twice.
Your fall colors are perfect.
Hugs,
Mariette
Miyako - I don't mind the sound of the train; there is something very romantic and adventurous about the sound of a steam locomotive and its whistle. The canyon and its fall colors are also very pretty. Thanks for linking up to Mosaic Monday!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos and videos of steam locomotive! And lovely autumn colors at the Roadside Station! I love visiting Roadside Station when going to Japan. They have great selections of produce :-)
ReplyDeleteSceneries with colorful leaves at the Gorge are so beautiful! I love the reflection on the water. And what a sweet doggie and a girl :-)
I enjoyed all the autumn sceneries, Miyako san :-) Have a great new week xo

ReplyDeleteLove steam locomotives! Noise and all. It's just so mysterious that the modern trains don't have at all. Wow Miyako, your nature captures are out of this world.
