Joeiji Temple (Sesshutei) and varied tit;

Zen garden Sesshutei
Sesshu Japanese master of ink and wash painting from the middle Muromachi period.
My husband needed to visit musical instrument store located in our capital city again ;-) Let me post another temple called Joeiji Temple (Sesshutei) designed by Sesshu.

Stones are arranged in front of the ornamental lake and surrounding green foliage.

*Varied Tit*
Sweet varied tit visited to the tree in front of our house and was taking a rest.
Lucky I could catch its really short stay ♪

Thank you very much for stopping by ;
I always appreciate your sweet comments;

  1. The sweet bird looked like it saw you in a couple of photos. No doubt it saw a kind-hearted human so remained on its perch. :-)

  2. This tit visited my house several days ago. You must be talking about my post about February 17, 2019. No, not the same one. You can see the difference with their nose. Please compare them carefully.

  3. Miyako - my favorite picture is the view - is it from inside the temple? - into the garden through the open doors. Gorgeous and so serene. Lovely bird, too! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!

  4. Hi Miyako san. It’s such a beautiful temple. I love the corridor and the view from there. It would be nice to sit there, sip some tea, and enjoy the garden :-)
    Varied tit is adorable! What a sweet face and lovely colorings. Glad it stayed long enough for you to snap photos!
    We had snow this weekend. Brrr! I imagine it’s still very cold in your area as well. Stay warm and have a wonderful new week xo
