Girl's Day Festival Exhibition '2020' by Handicraft Association;

*Hina Dolls exhibited by Local Handicraft Association*
Girl's Day, "雛祭りHina-Maturi" on March 3rd is coming close. Local Handicraft Association called 'タンポポの会 Tanpopo no kai ' held this exhibition at the next city's department store. Kind of Annual Event and I am happy to be able to show their Beautiful Works through my page this year again.
I found this very beautiful page about this festival held last year in Yanagawa city.
I was really attracted by these many gorgeous works;
Work of little "Hagoita" decorated with Oriental Zodiac Sign on the right.

Japanese Red Apricot Blossom
Happy to be able to see this red colored one while driving along the rice paddy.

This male Redstart was perching at the edge of next neighbor's fence.

Thank you very much for stopping by ;
I always appreciate your sweet comments;

  1. Your Japanese dolls are so charming with thir elaborate clothes.

  2. Dearest Miyako,
    One can only be amazed at what human hands can produce!
    Such a festival is to be visited and admired by all.
    Happy for you to find already blooming apricot.
    Fluffy bird.

  3. Exhibition of Hina dolls is so beautiful! I’m really impressed with the very detailed work for each doll and accompanied item. As a child, I was fascinated by the tiny ozen dishes like the ones shown in the second picture :-)
    Gorgeous Japanese red apricot blossoms! They look so bright under a blue sky. Feels like spring is just around the corner :-) And Redstart is adorable hanging out at your neighbor’s!
    Have a wonderful new week, Miyako san xoxo

  4. There is some fabulous artwork in your photos! The apricot blossoms are gorgeous--I don't think I've ever seen them before :)

  8. My goodness, Miyako, I would be there all day to look at each of these wonderful creations. Is it my imagination? But it looks like some of these dolls begin to look more Western? What a feast you share with All Seasons, many thanks it is a treat! Yay, you are first this week:):) Love the apricot blossoms, I have some similar ones I had planned for my weekly post (this week), but didn't know what blossoms they were. These may be it! Beautiful, as well as the cute bird you managed to capture:)

  9. Miyako - I can see why you admire the girls' day dolls. From the clothing to the hair to the displays, the talent is undeniable. We are still deep in snow here, so it is hard to believe that you have apricot blossoms. Thanks for sharing this with everyone at Mosaic Monday!
