Iris at the city park and Pheasant in front of my house;

*Irises at the City  Park  *
Irises taken this year at city park early this month. Sorry that it was a bit early for full bloom. But people more than I expected were enjoying the beauty♪
I feel so lucky having this park in our city and appreciate the hard work of the staffs. Although it is rainy season now, we haven't blessed much rain at the moment.

Found a very little Bee on the iris flower.
Water Lily side

*Pheasant in front of my house*
Several days ago around 7 in the morning, my husband heard loud birdsong. We opened the window of the bedroom on the 2 floor. A male Pheasant was standing on the rock in the bush. How lucky I was it stayed for a while long enough to take photos♪ Facing front at first, then moved to show us the side.
Chirping you can hear is not from this bird; it has very loud song.

I happened to come across the other(?) pheasant several days before.
As you can see, taken at the difference place.

  Thank you very much for stopping by ;
I always appreciate your sweet comments;

  1. Wonderful photos of this fantastic city park dear Miyako! The irises are gorgeous, impossible to pick a favourite. The pheasant has a very loud and ugly voice, hasn't he :) One strolled in my garden and woke me up in the mornings, but now he has moved out!

    Best greetings & hugs from Finland ❤︎
