Flowers and Grand-Open of the Zoo in our City Park;

At the end of last month, there was Grand Opening ceremony in our city park zoo. 

Here is the last year's post about temporarily condition there. This year, I was waiting to visit there until children's spring holiday was over on 7th :-)

Happy that now we 'especially kids in our city' can enjoy seeing varieties of monkeys than we used to.   (not all animals I can introduce here)

We call this bird 'oshidori.オシドリ '

The phrase we have in Japanese 'おしどり夫婦. oshidori-couple' is the metaphor of
Happily Married Couple.   Through the PC-page, it seems not exactly so p:-)

                   ☆Lovely Sheep-Dog I've met on that day☆

☆Amygdalus persica cv. Stellata; peach branch "菊桃, kikumomo" ☆

Amazed to find its Japanese name "菊桃" before.  The two Chinese Characters, means "chrysanthemum.peach".  The name sure fits to its flower's shape and color.
