Orchid Exhibition;

(Header pictures are also from the Exhibition)
I went to see Orchid Exhibition to our city's park held by its society.
This year I don't think I could find the really unique kind.
However, I wish you to enjoy the flowers;

The president of the society and the members were admiring the presented works.
They were seeing the one on the left. I thought it looks looks like daffodil
 :-)
They approved me to be in my blog.

I'm linking this post to "Thursday Favorite Things Blog Hop"

ps> March 11th was the day the Great Hanshin/Awaji Earthquake struck in Japan 3 years ago. I'd like to offer this flower post to the lives taken from tumani and people still living in makeshift shelter around the afflicted area;

  5. Hi Miyako san! The orchids are all very bright and beautiful! What a great exhibit! I agree the yellow one looks like daffodil...probably I would think so if it was not in orchid exhibit :-)

    You are so sweet to offer the flowers to earthquake/tsunami victims. It's been already three years but the memory remains so clear. Prayers to those who were affected.

    Have a lovely day, Miyako san xoxo

  11. Beautiful flowers and a beautiful sentiment at the end of your post.
    The people of Christchurch still have a lot of issues after the earthquake 3 years ago as well. A lovely commemoration.

  13. How beautiful! Orchids are one of my favorite flowers. I always assumed they were had to care for, but I've had mine for a few years and they re-bloom about every 6-8 months.
