Hibiscus 'Hamabo'・Hibiscus 'Mutabilis' and Grey Heron;

Hibiscus ‘Hamabo’ and Hibiscus ‘Mutabilis’
From local TV news, I've heard this 'Hibiscus Hamabo' is blooming on the river side of the next city. This particular hibiscus is said to be one of the endangered spices.  Also I found other hibiscus family blooming at the neighbor's fence. I'm happy that I could take three different colors of them ♪

Grey Heron, found recently
It seems that my regular Herons reside all year around in my area. First one taken on the same day on our way back from taking pictures of 'Hibiscus Hamabo'.  Second one is taken about a month ago.

Have a WONDERFUL (coming new) week♪

*About the trouble with Photbucket*   I could somehow fix the sidebar. But I couldn't replace or remove the line in between the posts, I wish I could.  No idea about the html...  Trying to ask the professional now.

  6. I hope the endangered hibiscus will multiply enough to be safe. It's sad thinking that such a beautiful being may be lost to us forever.

  10. Miyako, I adore hibiscus. I don't believe I have ever seen the yellow one. I have seen plenty pink and white hibiscus blooms. In our yard we have something called Rose of Sharon around the whole yard which bloom in August-September in the state of Illinois. I adore them because they are purple, white, pink and green. They seem to multiply on their own. When one plant dies, we remove it and replant a baby plant in its place. I have a Rose of Sharon nursery. Life is grand when one can see a heron and yellow hibiscus. Be safe. Can't wait to see what you post next week, my friend. Hugs.

  11. Those are wonderful, beautiful hibiscus. That yellow one looks like our wild one. We also have wonderful colors here as hybrids made by the scientists in the university and dedicated and named from women achievers! I love to have that white one as it lookds very floriferous.

  19. Hello Miyako....lovely flowers and I certainly don't see anything like that here unless it is an indoor plant or just outside for the summer. I think of you so often and I am concerned for your safety in this crazy world with some crazy leaders running other countries. I hope we all stay safe....Michelle
