Trip to Hokkaido Part 2;

As lavender is the high light of this trip, let me put the different photos
I'd appreciated it if you enlarge this panoramic picture.

                                Shinsen-Numa Marsh
My dragonfly lover husband looked a bit happy seeing new one in the first collage I took but couldn't identify.
ps> The one we couldn't identify is White-faced Darter.  And one gentleman in our tour group kindly sent me
his pictures in the second collage.   Its Japanese name is "Ezo ito Tonbo",  direct translation to English might
be  "Hokkaido string dragonfly" :-)

    Kyogoku Fukidashi Koen
       We enjoyed the stroll with fresh air and also Spring Water.

Noboribetu Jikokudani
My friend and I were beside the sign. So I put the flowers I found there :-)

Shakotan-hanto; Shin i-Misaki
We went about 70 % of the way; It was a long walk.  But enjoyed the blue sea♪

         Some views from the bus.   First time to see Quarrying in the sea.
                             The mountain is Showashinzan.

          I could see mountain heads among the clouds from the plane on our way back.

   Thank you very much for stopping by.  I always appreciate your sweet visits;
   I'm away from PC until evening today (or tomorrow) so early posting.
Took me long to write, it is 2am. Night Night for tonight :-)
See you next week♡♡♡

I imagine the water is very cool and fresh :-) And such an interesting sight at Noboribetu. I'd love to visit there myself some day!

What a gorgeous part of the world. Seeing that field filled with all of that beautiful purple, was a treat for the eyes. The steps up the hill were so pretty, and the mountains popping out of the clouds was heavenly. A lovely post. genie

Such a beautiful post -- I really appreciate visiting this wonderful place along with you and your friend. The panorama shot does look even more wonderful when clicked on to enlarge. Thank you for reminding us to do that.

I imagine your husband was very happy with the gift of the wonderful dragonfly photos -- and I wish I could get pictures of them that were even half as good. They don't like to hold still for me!
