Fall Foliage this year;

     Hello Dear Friends; Do Hope you haven't forgot me...
And I wish to allow me to post "Fall Foliage,  紅葉・コウヨウ"  this year again.
On our way back from my cousin's 'orange orchard' last week 'picking up 15 boxes this year', we stopped by my husband's brother to share a box for his family.
His house is close to "錦帯橋, Kintaikyo"  and "紅葉谷公園, Maple Leaf park";   As it was cloudy day, pictures from link pages above from former years might be clear ones to give you better views :-)

Enjoyed the stroll at both places, even though just a short while;

I would like to apologize sincerely that I couldn't reply to your thoughtful comments.
I wish to inform you that my parents' family Buddhist visited my parents and brother's altar and grave yard, recited Buddhist sutra. Their ashes relocated shared grave of the temple and the Buddhist mortuary tablet was received by the temple safe and sound as my brother wished before he passed away. (no male descendant)
Besides the busy schedule, one of my big responsibility has been finally handled.  Houses and grave yards without people taking care of is the problem in Japan.
  Night Night from Japan and See You Soon, Dear friends;

I know how important it is to finally close the book on all of the family obligations after losing members. I have experienced it so I certainly understand. I know you will sleep better now. You pictures of the bridges, the structures, and the trees are gorgeous. Take care.

You have done a beautiful thing for your family ... That always comes first. Lovely scenes ... We have a few yards with Japanese maples in the neighborhood and they are such a lovely red... It must be wonderful to walk about in a park filled with them, especially this time of year.

Your fall red leaves on the trees are so beautiful, and I like your art work too. The bridges are fabulous, what a fun walk, and the park with the little shelters with the tiled roofs, everything looks so neat and well cared for. I'm sorry about the loss of your brother, and the cares that go with that. Hugs from the PNW, dearest Miyako!

You are a good daughter and your family will be grateful for your taking such good care of them. Glad you can now have the relief of a job well done and can move on to your life as you know it. Your pictures are stunning ... the trees and the structures equally beautiful and so complimentary to each other. Wonderful post, Orchid ...

You've been busy, but I hope you get to relax a lot, too. I'll be busy for a while, too. Sorry if I'll be absent for a while.

Dearest Miyako,
What a lovely fall post with such bridge as a backdrop against the most beautiful maple leaves in fall color.
Glad you accomplished all the rituals and obligations in regard to your brother and father. It is meaningful but also quite a burden.
Sending you hugs and blessings dear friend and some rest!
