Sunflower, yellow yellow;

* Sea of Flowers;  花の海 2016*
           This is the 3rd year of Sunflower post from this place.
"花の海"  is the biggest 'System farm' in western Japan This year, they said there are 500,000 of them which bloom with 3 time lags.  Yes, it was really hot and precaution needed; I wore a hat with wide brim :-)

With some flower dud;
Left picture below is for the macro link;
I saw lots of butterflies "Pantala flavescens" flying over the flowers;
but really hard to take good photos, they won't perch on the flowers (^^;)
*From the shop and the entrance for the mosaic and fence link*
I found  "Cat House made of rice-straw ←link to my old post were sold there.
Picture of the hat in the header was taken at the shop.

     So sorry for the unmatched header for the memes I'm linking this Saturday.
         Posting a bit early as I'm Not Sure about the schedule of this weekend.
        Have a happy coming weekend friends♪

I am so happy to see you there and appreciate your participation, especially as I have been on a break for a few weeks. I am happy to be visiting you again. I can just imagine all the butterflies and seeing the dragonflies enjoying those beautiful yellow flowers. I loved all your photos but especially liked the one of the two young ladies with the white umbrella among the sea of sunflowers. Thank you again and I wish you a very happy weekend. 6. Wow, this is amazing, Miyako san! Such a beautiful sea of sunflowers. 「絵に描いたような、、、」というのはこういう風景を言うのですね。すごすぎです! I love sunflowers. Their cheerful colors and faces looking up sun are so delightful. I wish I could fly over the sea like those butterflies. They must be enjoying the view from up in the air :-)
    The rice-straw cat house is so cute! Looks cozy and also the material must be attractive for scratching for some kitties :-) Have a happy weekend, Miyako san!

  27. Dearest Miyako,
    What a sea of sunflowers in their pretty golden yellow!
    Our Sister-City of Sanbongi (part of Osaki City) also is famous for its sunflowers.
    However we did not get to see such huge fields when we were there in July.
    Love the flying dragon flies, you captured the total in a an excellent way.
    Sending you hugs,
    Mariette

  30. What a heavenly post. It brings back the memory of driving in Colorado and passing huge fields of all bright yellow sunflowers. I got my husband to pull off the road and I walked out into the field so he could take my picture surrounded by beautiful yellow sunflowers. This are wonderful captures. The one of the field from behind with their umbrella is my favorite. And the hat is oh, so cute. If I had been in the shape I would have bought it as I always wear brimmed hats. genie

  38. Hello Miyako!:) Rarely have I seen such beautiful pictures of Sunflowers. These are all beautiful images and I also like the one with the two girls with their backs to the camera sharing a sunshade. It could easily be a wall painting. The cats homes made out of straw are cleverly made, and look very attractive, they remind me of bee-hives. Have a nice day, and take care.:)
