Lotus Flower and Birds;

In the middle of last month, I asked my husband to drive the opposite side of the road from the one I posted the cherry blossom here (last two pictures).  You can see the same little gazebo :-)  I was happy to see the wide area with lotus flowers in the rice paddy. It sure was a reminiscent memories making wreaths with friends when little.
(hope you can see the long fence along with the gazebo)

 *Brown-eared bulbuls and Crows*
Can anyone identify this bird?  It was perching very far place, sorry for the bad focus.
With the help of ifthethunderdontgetya™³²®© I found it must be the "European Penduline Tit."
And also had a tip from Adam Jones that might be long-tailed shrike.  Thanks a lot for the help♪
I saw many crows were chasing the car p:-)  A bit unfortunate that I missed the good timing they were more and close together. I guessed it was a farmer's car (going home) getting ready for the rice planting season.

Miyako, those flowers are so lovely, and nice to see the birds as well. I'm curious about the "wreaths you made as a child" with the lotus flowers. Have a wonderful day today, Hugs from Texas

Such beautiful flowers with their tender color. The birds are very cute, but I don't know what they are called. Crows seem to be everywhere in the world!

Those Lotus flowers are so pretty. How wonderful to have an entire field of them to photograph.
Sweet little bird perched on the fence post.

That was a cool shot of the crows and the car and of course the fence.

I always enjoy your wonderful photos.

Such gorgeous flowers! Love the contrast of the two crows against all that pink! The fence is great. And I love the other bird...the name is on the tip of my tongue. Hope someone comes up with it.

Thank you for your very sweet comments on my blog! I always enjoy reading what you have to say.

The paddy full of lotus flowers is really beautiful. Nice fence in the background. Crows are a bit intimidating but I love to see them. They are very intelligent.

Lovely birds, Orchid. I wonder if that mystery bird is some kind of tit? It looks like one, although most of them do not have white throats.

It's a beautiful little bird; I'm glad someone else could help you because I am lucky to be able to identify the birds I actually see (I love the way bloggers help each other out.) And crows are obviously the same no matter what country. Loud and fearless -- and yes a bit scary!

The lotus blossoms are beautiful; such a great color. And I do so enjoy it when you share your childhood memories.

Those flowers are beautifl. How pretty their pink color is! Love the photo of crows - they may be enjoying pretty flowers.
And the last photo is amazing! Chasing tractor is one thing, but it's funny they are chasing the car :-)
