       Midsummer Greetings, everyone

From Japan, I wish to say summer greeting or season's greeting. Summer, winter; whichever the season you have♪   I reminisce the days my father took us to the beach and had enjoyable time with sand and sea water without being forced to be able to swim like the PE class p;)
Trivial matter about us> As a guardian of my father, my husband is trying to deal with or file formalities more for father's medical expense and tax reduction. Thanks to him, I would be at a loss about all these legalities...
Wishing you'll have a wonderful coming new week;

  2. Dearest Miyako,
    Dealing with all the legalities, on top of the emotional part is very tough! You're lucky with such a husband.
    Hugs to you,

  3. What a wonderful summer memory! This is a very lovely picture :-) I used to go to beach with my family when I was a kid, too. I always got too much sun tan. I'm too old to do that now :-)
    How nice of your husband to deal with all these legality stuff. Have a wonderful week, Miyako san!

  4. Good for your husband for stepping up to that responsibility ... I hate that kind of stuff too ...especially (I know this from experience) when you are involved emotionally with an aging parent, you don't need to be spending time and worry on the paperwork and "red-tape" (the government details).

    Thank you for the beautiful summer postcard. I hated PE class when I was a child. Sounds as if you and I were the same. But I did (and do) love summer and being on the beach. The old photo of you is so charming.

  5. It is so good of you and your husband to take such loving care of your dad, my dear friend. My husband and I have legal guardianship of his parents and it's a large responsibility. Great memories of the beach!
