Oubai 黄梅 ”Jasminum nudiflorum”

Hi! again if you come back here p;)
My Dear friend "Mriette; MARIETTE'S BACK TO BASICS" commented me and corrected my big mistake about the flower blooming in my friend's garden.
It is "Roubai" not "Oubai"!  My poor hearing ability and less knowledge about botany made me caused this mistake. Oh my!!! flowers in the picture page I pasted before sure looks different, although it has the name of "plum 梅"....

I'm pasting correct pages(^^;)
*It is the  Chimonanthus(wintersweet)  *Here is the picture page
And actually, she posted the flower in the same family this 16th.   Link to her page is here and they're beautiful flowers with similar shape of the plum flower.

Thank you so much for your kindness Dear friend Mariette♡♡♡ I really am happy to be able to correct this. And to tell the truth, my friend laughed on the phone, hehe.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yesterday, my dear friend (whom you might have seen in my posts before) invited me to enjoy her Oubai 黄梅 "Jasminum nudiflorum".  Its flower is known as "welcoming spring flower".  Despite the blue sky really impressed me a lot, it still was really cold, haha. Silly me have thought it is a plum tree because its name is literally means 'yellow plum' in Japanese; never knew it is a kind of Jasmine. Don't you think it really looks like plum tree♬♬♬  Here is the link of the Wikipedia and picture page.

PS> I'll change my header to coming "setubun" in Japan, which literally means "the day between two seasons.".  I wish you all are doing well, as we are having hard weather world-wide whether it is winter or summer.

They are not the jasmines you linked to but it is this: http://pwneko.com/1gatu/sosinroubai.html

  12. Such a gorgeous tree, sweet Miyako. I think it looks like a combination of a pear tree a a flowering bush we have in Tennessee called a Forsithia. That sky is so peaceful. We have had such dark gray skies that seem to weep for the sun. I want to thank you for all of your visits and your constant friendship, sweetie. You always bring sunshine my way. Mina
